OAKLAND - Carlos Quentin will serve as the White Sox's designated hitter as they try to finish a 10-game trip with a .500 record.
Andruw Jones will start in right field as the Sox try to improve their 11-10 record against left-handed starters when they oppose Oakland's Dallas Braden.
