ESPN.com reports: Top Rank promoter Bob Arum's deadline of 3 a.m. ET came and went Saturday morning with no response from Floyd Mayweather Jr. or his representatives about whether he would accept the terms of a deal for a Nov. 13 fight with Manny Pacquiao.
But Arum did give Mayweather some wiggle room to still accept the deal. He said the deadline he imposed was only as it related to negotiating exclusively with the Mayweather camp.

this fight will never happen, one is running and one is too strong for the other. If one is not scare, then, why out of the blue, come up with some demands that the sport never heard before. The only reason for keep changing the demands is to avoid the other guy all together. Happen or not I do not care any more. I will be watching UFC from now on, at least no one is running in UFC. Not if Mr White has a say in it.

Where is his big mouth who trash talk of others? What's keeping him from running his mouth? Unless Pacquiao has something to hide, I also believe that he should just take the blood test and beat the crap out of Mayweather if he is really that good/clean. He is a disgrace to the sport, rather then caring about going higher and accepting a challenge from someone who isn't out of their prime like Mosley was, he backs down because he knows if he's no longer undefeated, he can't trash talk anymore. A coward in the ring and out. In the ring, throws a few punches, and spends 90% playing ring around the rosie in the ring and not really doing anything except pretty much running away. Out of the ring, avoids real challenges that aren't involving people out of their prime. He fought Mosley and beat him, man he must feel good to add a +1 to his record for an unchallenging fight against someone who's that old and out of their prime. But as soon as someone young and outstanding like Pac throws a challenge, he gets so scared, he doesn't even respond. He didn't even say no, he just didn't respond.
