More Milton mischief: Bradley ejected again

Ex-Cub Milton Bradley was up to his old tricks Wednesday, getting ejected in the third inning of the Seattle Mariners' exhibition game against Texas in Peoria, Ariz. But, as the Seattle Times reports, he didn't get tossed for arguing balls and strikes.

Bradley's crime? Apparently, it was peeling off his gloves and dropping his bat.

Mariners manager Don Wakamatsu said Bradley thought the inning was over and was simply preparing to go back in the field. Too bad there were only two outs at the time. But Cubs fans are all too familiar with Bradley's inability to keep track of the number of outs.

"I didn't understand it, either,''  Wakamatsu said of the ejection. "And in all fairness to Milton, I think he thought it was three outs.

"He started taking his gloves off, his bat dropped and then he picked up his bat and walked off. And that's what I told the umpire. I didn't think that was called for, that I thought it was an overeaction on his (plate umpire Dan Bellino) part.

"He said he (Bradley) couldn't do that. And I said,'Do what?' But like I said, I told him to go back at the end, look at his actions and tell me if he didn't think (Bradley) thought it was three outs right there. So, I just didn't think it was called for.''

If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, gets caught looking at third strikes like a duck, forgets how outs there are like a duck, blames everyone else for his problems like a duck and accuses everyone who doesn't like him of racism like a duck...THEN IT IS A DUCK!

good riddens! mojo would tell us that carlos silva is in linen for the cy young. haha! either way, addition by subtraction is slowly proving to be a great theory.

So he's getting paid how many dollars to play a kids game? Seriously!!! If he's going to continue to display childlike mannerisms, maybe someone in the organization should give him a timeout, and send him home to catch up on his education. I hear Sesame Street does wonders with kids.

This guy may be the dumbest person in baseball history. The most self-centered egotistical moron I have ever had the opportunity to watch.

Thanks Milton,

For playing the race card and blaming an entire city for you sucking, for not paying attention to the GAME you get millions to play, and for being an all around jackhole.

From,

Every sports fan in America

When you're a narcisstic guy like Bradley and the world centers around you, it's never your fault. It's the fans, it's the umpire, it's Lou Piniella, it's the full moon...anything to deflect the possibility that it may actually have to do with his own actions. If Wakamatsu is already enabling Milton now, it's only going to get worse. The Mariners may wind up wishing they still had Carlos Silva!

You have to believe this guy has some attention deficit disorder. Milton has no ability to concentrate on the situation and follow through. Regardless if it's in Seattle MB will be under the microscope with umpires who will have ankle high tolerance for his antics. How long before MB sees it as picking on the black guy. Whatever, good luck Seattle Mariners. I suggest the Mariners' manager read the poem "Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner" so he can get an idea on how to deal with his present day albatross.

I was watching the game and he didn't deserve to get ejected, but he should have known how many outs there were. The ump clearly overeacted.

He (again) didn't know how many outs there were? That's his excuse?

Why is it always someone else's fault with this guy? Perhaps the plate umpire is also a racist, right Milton?
