Heat without Beasley vs. Bulls

MIAMI -- Heat forward Michael Beasley missed Friday's game against the Chicago Bulls with a bruised left thigh.

Beasley is Miami's second-leading scorer this season, averaging 15.3 points. Joel Anthony, often the team's backup center, started in Beasley's place.

He was injured against the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.
