Antti Niemi will appear in his 25th game in goal Wednesday against the Los Angeles Kings, but coach Joel Quenneville said Cristobal Huet also will continue to get plenty of opportunities despite giving up four goals against the Red Wings on Sunday..
"It's important that somebody establishes themselves and takes charge in the net," Quenneville said Tuesday. "Antti gets a chance to grab the net and get back-to-back games on the (upcoming) weekend. We have a lot of tough opponents and a condensed schedule and they'll both see some time."

Adam Burish is set to end a five-month layoff caused by a knee injury and could see action on Wednesday.
"I feel better than I did before (the injury)," Burish said. "I think when you get five months to really do nothing, you can train and get your body ready and get in shape. I feel awesome. I feel really good."
Roommate Patrick Sharp said Burish will provide a big spark.
"He has energy every shift, every time he's on the ice," Sharp said. "He stands up for his teammates and plays the game hard. And he's well-liked in the room. We're glad that he's back and ready to play."
