The Chicago Sun-Times reports: Retired Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner, who starred under Mike Martz with the Rams, says Jay Cutler faces a steep learning curve with the Bears' offensive coordinator.
''He has a certain way he likes his quarterbacks to play,'' said Warner, citing footwork and balance as two factors. ''It was really frustrating, at first, to get that stuff down, and he was on me all the time, yelling and screaming.
''It's going to take some time. It might not be the way you've always done it, but trust it, because I know how it helped me."
