IOWA CITY -- The Illini were expecting to see a different Iowa team from the one they faced earlier this season, and that's exactly what they got. Thanks to six straight points from Demetri McCamey to close the half, the Illini lead 35-27 at halftime.
McCamey has nine points for the Illini, while D.J. Richardson has eight. Matt Gatens has nine for Iowa. Iowa has taken it fair share of 3-pointers -- the Hawkeyes are 7-for-18 from 3-point range, and are just 9-for-28 overall.
