Fresh off its biggest victory of the season, Illinois firmed up one part of its remaining schedule Tuesday just hours before facing another difficult Big Ten test.
Illinois' sole meeting this season with Minnesota now is set for Feb. 27 at 3 p.m. at Assembly Hall, the school said. The game will air on the Big Ten Network.
After beating then-No.5 Michigan State 78-73 last Saturday, the Illini will visit No. 11 Wisconsin tonight in Madison. The two teams will meet again in the regular-season finale in Champaign, which is the only remaining Illinois game that isn't yet set: It will be played either March 6 or March 7, depending largely on TV network preferences.
