CHAMPAIGN -- Illinois coach Bruce Weber was happy with the outcome from his starting lineup change against Iowa, but he hasn't ruled out changing it again for Saturday's game against Indiana.
In Illinois' 59-42 win over Iowa, Weber replaced Demetri McCamey and D.J. Richardson with Bill Cole and Jeff Jordan, a decision Weber said was made for defensive reasons.
"They took a little more pride in it than maybe the guys that sat," Weber said. "And maybe (it was) a little bit of a message from me that it's got to become a priority or we are going to play other guys."

It was just the second time all year Weber had changed the starting
lineup, and for the immediate future, Weber doesn't see himself
fixating on a permanent starting five.
"I don't like to play mind games. I'm not smart enough to do that," Weber said. "But ... if they're not performing or producing, and somebody else does, let them get the start and maybe it'll keep people on their toes a little bit more."
Richardson and McCamey both responded well to the move. Richardson led all scorers with 17 points while McCamey had nine points, seven assists and no turnovers.

Big time prgram.....small time coach. WHEN have we had a consistant offense under this coach.....never. Compare his interviews with other big schools. Webber sounds like a High School coach at best. Act like you have been there before- Oh yeah you haven't(with your own players)
Juggle this, juggle that. Coach, YOU have to change whatever your doing. Open mouth whining what a joke!
Your only success was with Self's players. You have the players. Teach them. Time for a big time coach to take over.
