Left tackle Orlando Pace is expected to be limited for the second consecutive day coming off a groin strain, according to the preliminary injury report posted in the Bears' locker room.

The Bears could hold Pace out of Sunday's game against the Packers, meaning the controversy at left tackle with Chris Williams would be put on hold another week.

Defensive tackles Tommie Harris (knee) and Israel Idonije (knee), and linebackers Lance Briggs (knee, hip pointer) and Hunter Hillenmeyer (groin) will have full participation after being limited Wednesday.

As reported earlier, receiver Devin Hester will be out for the second consecutive day while recovering from a left calf strain.

Why is this a controversy? This should not even be up for debate. You need to start CW the remainder of the season to find out if he can be your left tackle of the future. Honestly, this should not even be up for debate.
