Bears left tackle Chris Williams said he received a $7,500 fine for his personal foul against Packers linebacker Clay Matthews in Sunday's 21-14 loss to Green Bay.
Williams picked up three penalties in the game, and his 15-yard personal-foul penalty in the fourth quarter hurt the Bears' chances to generate a game-tying drive.
Williams picked up a $5,000 earlier in the season for jumping on a pile after the whistle during the Bears' 10-6 loss at San Francisco.
