Unlike Bears, Vikings rule in the red zone

The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports: While the Bears have struggled mightily to score when inside their opponent's' 20-yard line, the Vikings made three trips to the red zone and scored touchdowns all three times in Sunday's 34-9 victory against the Seahawks.

The Vikings ranks seventh in the NFL in red-zone efficiency with 25 touchdowns in 42 possessions (59.5 percent). They have kicked field goals nine times.

More bad news for the Bears: Minnesota's defense ranks second in the NFL with only 10 red-zone touchdowns allowed in 26 possessions (38.5 percent).
