Demontez Stitt made two free throws with 3.3 seconds remaining to give No. 19 Clemson a 70-69 victory over No. 12 Butler in the 76 Classic in Anaheim, Calif.
Trevor Booker also blocked a shot and deflected an inbounds pass in the final second for the Tigers (6-1), who will host Illinois on Wednesday in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge. Booker finished with 12 points and eight rebounds, while Andre Young added 12 points.
Gordon Hayward had season highs of 18 points and 12 rebounds for the Bulldogs (4-2). Shelvin Mack added 15 points, eight rebounds and four assists.
Alabama 68, No. 15 Michigan 66: JaMychal Green scored 20 points, including a go-ahead dunk with five seconds to play, and Alabama beat No. 15 Michigan 68-66 at the Old Spice Classic on Sunday night.
Manny Haris had 26 points and 10 rebounds for Michigan (3-2), which was coming off a 79-65 loss to Marquette on Friday. The Wolverines had an 83-76 overtime win over Creighton in their tourney opener Thursday.
The Wolverines scored 14 points off 12 Alabama turnovers during the opening 20 minutes.

Texas A&M 66, No. 22 Minnesota 65: Derrick Roland scored 19 points to lead Texas A&M to a 66-65 victory over No. 22 Minnesota in the 76 Classic on Sunday.
Colton Iverson had 14 points and 12 rebounds for the Golden Gophers (3-2). Paul Carter added 13 points and Damian Johnson scored 12 points.
Florida State 57, Marquette 56: Solomon Alabi hit a baseline jumper with 11.9 seconds left, and Florida State rallied to beat Marquette 57-56 to win the Old Spice Classic
Marquette had a late chance to win, but turned the ball over on an errant pass with 2.9 seconds remaining. The Golden Eagles (6-1) were led by 19 points from Lazar Hayward.
Hayward's jumper gave Marquette a 56-55 lead with 32 seconds left. He had seven points, including a 3, during a 9-2 run that put Marquette ahead 39-22 with 15:38 left.
Singleton's three-point play and a basket by Ryan Reid cut the Florida State deficit to 44-39 midway through the second half. Jordan DeMercy's slam tied it at 48 with 3:48 remaining.
Illinois State 80, St. Bonaventure 77: Osiris Eldridge scored 28 points and Jackie Carmichael added his first career double-double as Illinois State beat St. Bonaventure in the championship game of the Basketball Travelers Classic.
Eldridge made 10 of 16 shots from the floor, including six 3-pointers. Carmichael scored a career-high 16 points and pulled down 10 rebounds as the Redbirds (6-0) remained undefeated.
St. Bonaventure led 39-37 at half after taking an early 21-13 advantage.
