Worcester, Mass  -- Walt Gibler had 17 points and Marcus Thomas added 16 as Loyola beat Holy Cross 76-73.

Thomas sank 5-of-7 3-point shots and Courtney Stanley had 10 points and 11 assists for the Ramblers.

Holy Cross, which led 34-30 at the half, was led by Andrew Beinert's 17 points.

The game was a late, 9 p.m. ET tipoff as part of the doubleheader with the Holy Cross women's team, which lost to No. 1 UConn, 87-34.
