Kelly, Koshwal power DePaul past Northern Iowa

ST. THOMAS, Virgin Islands -- Jeremiah Kelly scored 18 points and Mac Koshwal had 12 points and 19 rebounds as DePaul rallied to defeat Northern Iowa 60-52 today in the first round of the Paradise Jam.

The Demons (2-0) came back from a 32-27 halftime deficit to pick up the victory over the Panthers (1-1), the preseason favorite in the Missouri Valley Conference.

Mac Koshwal added 12 points and 19 rebounds to help the DePaul advance to the semifinals Sunday against No. 10 Tennessee, a 105-66 winner over East Carolina.
