Deere & Company and the PGA Tour have agreed to a six-year contract extension that will keep the annual Tour event at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Ill., two miles from Deere's world headquarters.
University of Illinois alum Steve Stricker won the 2009 event, which concluded July 12.
The tournament has a yearly economic impact of $25 million, according to Deere, and last year generated 500 checks totaling $4.63 million to local charities.
Deere also extended its marketing agreement with the Tour. Both contracts now run through 2016.
