DENVER --- Aaron Gray met the Bulls here and participated in Saturday's morning shootaround at Pepsi Center.
Gray has been out since suffering a fractured left fibula on Sept. 29, early in training camp. He has yet to play this season.
Then, earlier this week, Gray entered the hospital with cellulitis of his right knee. The condition causes painful inflammation of the cells of skin or connective tissue.
"It feels good to be back," Gray said.
Coach Vinny Del Negro said it will take awhile for Gray to round into game shape before he is activated. But Gray plans to practice with the team on the remainder of this six-game trip, which continues with Saturday's 8 p.m. Chicago time tip against Denver.
