The Arizona Republic reports: Cardinals receiver and special-teams ace Sean Morey, who helps chair the NFL players union's committee studying the efforts of head trauma, said he played with a concussion against the Bears last Sunday.
"I didn't communicate well enough with my training staff, and they weren't able to do their job," said Morey, who felt sick against the Bears but attributed that to a flu bug running through his family. "No player wants to take a day off or get a free lunch. All the players that play this game are hard-wired."
After taking some early hits against the Bears, Morey said he realized he had suffered a concussion the week before against Carolina.
