Bulls trail Nuggets at halftime

This isn't a good sign: The Nuggets are shooting just 39 percent and still lead the Bulls 46-43 at halftime Tuesday at the United Center.

The Bulls are trying to go 4-0 at home for the first time since the 1997-98 season. They'll need to improve their shooting to do so.

The Bulls are connecting at just 42.6 percent, including 1 for 9 on 3-pointers. The Bulls entered ranked last leaguewide in 3-point shooting at 26 percent.

Luol Deng leads the Bulls with 11 points, and Joakim Noah is nearing a double-double with eight points and 14 rebounds.

Carmelo Anthony's 12 points leads Denver.
