LOS ANGELES --- Bulls practice concluded this afternoon at the Galen Center on the USC campus, and Taj Gibson found himself the center of unwanted attention.
Players and coaches continually razzed Gibson about three huge posters hanging high on the walls surrounding the practice court. Gibson, of course, starred for Tim Floyd at USC and earned Pac-10 Defensive Player of the Year honors last season.
"It was good to be back," Gibson said. "There's a lot of support for the Bulls."
Gibson's stay will become more difficult Thursday. Pau Gasol is scheduled to make his season debut for the Lakers. Gasol has been sidelined with a hamstring injury, but practiced today and coach Phil Jackson said Gasol is scheduled to start.
