Bears tight end Desmond Clark is out for Sunday's game against the Vikings with a neck strain, according to a league source.
Clark was sidelined for Thanksgiving Day practice and remained out Friday after being limited Wednesday. The injury forced Clark to miss last Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Eagles.
With Clark out of the lineup, Kellen Davis will see more reps behind starter Greg Olsen. Davis tweaked his ankle against the Eagles but will play against the Vikings.
The full injury report should be available shortly following Friday's practice.
Clark started all 16 games the previous four seasons, but Olsen's promotion ended that streak this season. Clark missed the Pittsburgh and Seattle games earlier this season while recovering from a broken rib suffered in the season opener at Green Bay.
